How we do it
Your dedicated Belvedere relocation counsellor will be available to you 24/7 online. He or she will guide you step by step through your home search, move, and government formalities. For your home search, you will be accompanied by a licensed realtor who specializes in the needs of an international clientele.
Our goal is to relieve your relocation stress, handle the details of your relocation and get you happily settled into your new home as efficiently as possible.
In addition to this personal support we offer our clients:
- our online Research Centre is full of excellent information that is particularly useful to expats
- additional services such as customized orientation tours are available for a flat fee
- we also have an extensive network of contacts to help you in a number of areas (school consultants, language tutors, career coaches, lawyers, accountants, interior designers...etc..) It will be our pleasure to refer you to one of our trusted service providers.

Fill out our home search form to let us know what type of housing you are looking for. We will contact you within 24 hours to begin a rigorous home search process. As we are not realtors or property managers we do not promote our own listings. Rather, we work with all realtors and vendors (even those selling on the private market) to ensure that you do not miss any opportunities.
Once you have found your new home we will coordinate the move of your physical goods. We will submit your specifications to three nationally affiliated removal firms for a competitive quote. You are then able to choose the best firm to handle your goods.
We gather all the necessary information to ensure that every member of your family obtains the government cards they need (social insurance number, health insurance, driver's licence) and guide you through the application process at the various government offices.
